The former Tottenham star is giving his all during the season break to bring out his best when action resumes on the pitch in August. He had undergone surgery in January to get rid of a longstanding groin problem and has now stepped up his recovery programme to hit the ground running when Everton reconvene for pre-season training later in July.

Dele has been posting regular updates on his social media handles about the hard work he is putting in behind the scenes under the supervision of elite athlete performance specialist Connor Peters and UEFA-qualified coach 'Jazzi FC'. He was seen practising several passing and shooting drills and looked ready for serious business while showing off his impressive physique.
