The Red Devils have endured a disastrous 2024-25 campaign, with 12 defeats leaving them only three places above the Premier League relegation zone in 15th spot. They have just 13 more games in which to try and climb the standings, starting with a clash against Everton and former manager David Moyes on Saturday.

Ahead of that contest, senior United players have endeavoured to raise spirits in the Old Trafford camp and ease of the some of the pressure that continues to build. The Sun reports on how the Red Devils spent two hours at Lane 7 Bowling Alley in Altrincham after reserving the entire venue – where they could also play darts, pool and table tennis.

After their time on the lines came to a close, the United squad made their way in small groups for a slap-up meal at the Brazilian restaurant Jardim Rodizio. It remains to be seen whether a spot of collective fun off the field delivers an upturn in results on it.
