U.S. international Malik Tillman scored a tap-in effort in PSV's 5-0 victory over Almere City on Saturday in the Dutch Eredivisie. After an initial shot on target was parried into his direction, the American took a touch and blasted home from close range for their fourth goal of the day.
Midway through the second half, though, the 22-year-old pulled up with what appeared to be mild discomfort with his lower leg/foot area. He was substituted off the pitch, walking off under his own power, in the 63rd minute as a result.
With the victory, PSV moved up to 64 points on 29 matches played, sitting second in the league standings. With a game in hand, league leaders Ajax are six points clear at the top as the season winds down.

Fellow U.S. international Sergino Dest missed the match, not making the team sheet, while American Richard Ledezma started at right back in the contest.
For Tillman, it was his second-straight match with a goal after missing nearly three months due to injury prior. The 22-year-old is now up to nine goals and one assist on the season.
It's unknown if his substitution on Saturday was due to precaution, or injury itself.

Fellow U.S. international Ricardo Pepi is still sidelined due to injury for PSV, but may recover in time for this summer's CONCACAF Gold Cup – a competition that all three of Pepi, Tillman, and Dest will look to participate in.
