Per the , Chelsea are ready to discuss improved terms with Caicedo as they bid to reward his performances this season. He has won the club's Player of the Season award, as well as the club's Players' Player of the Season award, and Chelsea are keen to discuss a pay bump.

The former Brighton midfielder, who cost the Blues £115 million ($153m), could boost his salary by roughly 20 per cent if the club qualify for the Champions League. But beyond that, the club want to discuss an extension in the summer. Cole Palmer and Nicolas Jackson have already signed extensions that tie them to the London outfit until 2033 and Caicedo could be next in line.
